The Crossing Lodge accommodates school groups of up to 80 in private bunk rooms, family units and double rooms. If your school group is over 80 people we may be able to extend occupancy by allocating adults to adjacent accommodations.
We understand that the success of any school trip starts with a good accommodation base. The Crossing Lodge was set up with school groups in mind, the layout allows for separate quarters for Boys and Girls with Adults rooms interspersed for ease of supervision. The spacious dining, lounge and outside areas allow for class time and recreational activities. WiFi is available if desired. Away from outside influences like shops and bars, and with its fun sturdy decor, the lodge affords relaxed supervision in this safe environment. We also have a full commercial kitchen with the option of self-catering or contract a caterer of your choice.
We let you manage your group in a manner you see fit, as if the Lodge were an extension of your school grounds. We are more than happy to help in any way we can in your planning and preparation to make things go as smoothly as possible and can put you in contact with many of the local activity providers, just ask.
We take mid-week bookings (Sunday night to Friday morning) for school groups.
Minimum group size 15 or standard room rates apply.
